Hello ◡̈ My name is Trina.

I was raised as a Fundamentalist Christian. My little child heart longed for a deep connection with God but it was hard for me to reconcile the fear and expectations that my beliefs demanded.

In my mid-20s, I watched a documentary that questioned religion. Something clicked in that moment for me and I suddenly realized that the faith I had believed in wasn’t the full story.

That kicked off an intense journey of spiritual seeking. I wanted to understand my being and the mystery of life (I was also depressed and had little worldly ambition).

I tried everything: trips to India, Yoga, Meditation, Satsangs, Astrology, Tantra, Trauma work, Plant Medicines, Energy Healing… and thousands of hours of books and YouTube videos. Yet, despite all of it, I still felt like something was missing.

Then, after 12.5 years, something finally shifted. I realized that what I had been searching for had been hidden in plain sight my entire life. The freshness and purity of creation was unfolding before me in every single moment. I had been seeking for myself and there was nothing else to find!

This realization sparked a wonderful enthusiasm to share this with others.
